I, under my personal responsibility, declare that as the guardian of the participant, I am aware that the race in which he/she is participating is an activity that may involve risks to his/her physical integrity, ranging from illness, injury, and even death.
With this declaration, I state that the above information is true, that he/she has undergone the necessary medical examinations and has had the required cardiological check-up to confirm good health and the physical condition required for the competition in which he/she will participate.
This declaration will be used by the organizers whenever deemed necessary. By signing this statement, I confirm that he/she is participating in the races entirely at my own responsibility and I waive any related compensation for possible injury, death, theft, or damage to competition equipment during the races. I fully and completely release the race organizers and their partners such as sponsors, volunteers, judges, and entities from any liability.
I consent to the collection, processing, and use of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy. I also grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be freely used by the organizers and sponsors within legal frameworks for media purposes and wherever they deem appropriate.
