Friday 21/3/25:

17:00 – 20:00: Race number distribution at the race headquarters, located in the old school below the main square of Kardamyli.

Saturday 22/3/25

• 9:00 – 13:00: Race number distribution continues at the race headquarters in the old school below the main square of Kardamyli.
• 13:30: Technical briefing for the Vertical Speed event and posting of the start list at the race headquarters. Immediately afterward, participants move to the starting area, located 1 km outside Kardamyli on the road to Stoupa, at Kalamitsi.
• 14:00: Start of the first group of five athletes for the Vertical event, with groups of five starting every minute.
• 14:30: Special start for children.
• 17:00: Posting of Vertical Speed event results at the race headquarters.
• 17:00 – 20:00: Race number distribution for athletes participating only in Sunday’s events (those in the Vertical event retain the same race number).
• 18:30 – 19:00: Prize collection from the lottery.
• 19:00 – 21:00: Pasta Party – Free pasta meal for athletes in the headquarters courtyard.
• 19:20 – 19:30: Brief presentation on reducing the race’s environmental impact and encouraging athlete contributions to tree planting, at Kardamyli’s main square.
• 19:30: Technical briefing for Sunday’s events at the main square of Kardamyli.

Sunday 23/3/25

• 06:00 – 7:30: Race number distribution for those arriving from nearby areas in the morning.
• 08:00: Start of the Hansaplast Taygetos Marathon (40 km) and Aquarella Experience (22 km) at Kardamyli’s main square.
• 08:15: Start of the Old Kardamyli Taygetos Basic (10 km) and Independent Fun Run (5 km) at Kardamyli’s main square.
• 08:45: Estimated finish time for the first athletes in the Independent Fun Run (5 km).
• 09:15: Estimated finish time for the first athletes in the Basic course (10 km).
• 09:30: Estimated finish time for the first athletes in the Experience course (22 km).
• 11:20: Estimated finish time for the first athletes in the Hansaplast Marathon (40 km).
• 13:00: Time checkpoint for the main route at the Vyros Gorge (21st km), where the main support station is located. This checkpoint marks the halfway point of the race, before the challenging ascent to Doubitsia.
• 16:00: Dual award ceremonies (male – female) by age category.
• 17:00: Final time limit for valid race finishes.
