NIVEA SUN Basic 10KM
For the first time in March 2022, Taygetos NIVEA SUN Basic 10 km, with a positive elevation gain of 460m, was added as a new route for those who start mountain running now. A hearty taste of cobbled and stone-built trails, ideal for a first competitive introduction to mountain running.

The refueling and water station of the NIVEA SUN Basic route is at KALO, 7th km.
Each athlete is obliged to have his/her participation number on the front of his/her shirt. The number may not be tampered with in any way.
As far as the time limits of the race are concerned, there is no time limit for disqualification for this race, however the race closes 9 hours after the start. Athletes who drop out for any reason are obliged to inform the judge at the nearest control station. Athletes who finish after the 9-hour time limit are deemed not to have completed the race and will be considered void.
