For the first time in March 2022, Taygetos NIVEA SUN Basic 10 km, with a positive elevation gain of 460m, was added as a new route for those who start mountain running now. A hearty taste of cobbled and stone-built trails, ideal for a first competitive introduction to mountain running.<\/p>\n

Race length: 10km<\/p>\n

The refueling and water station of the NIVEA SUN Basic route is at KALO, 7th km.<\/p>\n

\"Refreshment<\/p>\n

Each athlete is obliged to have his\/her participation number on the front of his\/her shirt. The number may not be tampered with in any way.<\/p>\n

As far as the time limits of the race are concerned, there is no time limit for disqualification for this race, however the race closes 9 hours after the start. Athletes who drop out for any reason are obliged to inform the judge at the nearest control station. Athletes who finish after the 9-hour time limit are deemed not to have completed the race and will be considered void.<\/p>\n
